The Soft Dental Savings Plan covers 2 exams and X-rays
(full mouth X-ray, panoramic X-ray or bitewings(whichever is necessary), and an additional 3 periapical X-rays)
Only with Soft Dental Savings Plan patients can have 15% off most other services
(including cleanings) per a 12 month period. *** There is a fee of 1.8% mn care tax on all services.
