A patient came in with a broken tooth at gum line that was not restorable. Dr Nguyen took digital scan, 3D X-ray and re-cemented crown temporally same day.

Three days later, Dr. Nguyen placed an implant with an in-house made surgical guide and loaded a temporary implant crown at the same appointment with NO suture, NO pain, NO bruising or bleeding whatsoever that day and through out the healing period.




Dr. Nguyen applied technique called root shield membrane technique with immediate implant crown temporary for #7.
